The game room spans nearly an entire floor and includes a pool table, shuffleboard, ping pong, and a bar area with a 65” TV. Just a short walk away, you’ll find a 50-acre park with a boat ramp, plenty for kids to do, basketball court and frisbee golf.

Additional community amenities—including a pool, 9-hole golf course, and a floating restaurant and bar—are all just minutes from the home. A large garage and ample parking make it ideal for big groups.

Important House Rules & Notes:
• Due to lake level fluctuations, we cannot guarantee water levels around the dock; however, the cove currently has water.
• No parties are allowed. A maximum of 18 guests are permitted on the property at any time.
• Outdoor quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. The property is equipped with a noise-level monitoring device that does not record voices or conversations.
• Outdoor security cameras are located on the property: one at the front of the house facing the driveway and one on the back patio overlooking the rear driveway.

Great location and Amazing Game Room

We had such a great weekend stay with the entire extended family! So spacious, and really comfy beds. The game room was amazing and the kids stayed there almost the entire weekend! We loved the close location to Point Venture Island and we rented a boat with LiquidThrills just a 5 min drive from the house. Thanks for a great holiday!

This place was over all WORTH IT !!!! The lake in the backyard was dried out but no worries we walked around the corner and found the big side of the lake great for boats or swimming with family ! We loved this place so much we actually were sad to leave ! Pool is literally a a 4min drive! This was a great, relaxing, joyful experience for me and my family and the home was super attended to and we had access to everything even the host to help us when we couldn’t turn the stove on great memories were made here for my family and I will definitely book in the future

Perfect Home for Family

Spacious and amazing views, this house was perfect for a family reunion. The game room kept the kids occupied and backyard very spacious to decorate and celebrate a birthday. Though the lake was dried up and the walk to lake was far, everyone enjoyed their stay. Great communication from homeowner. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Perfect Post-Holiday Family Reunion

We had the nicest time and were completely comfortable during our stay. The downstairs game room was perfect for the teenagers to hang out and play games and billiards, and the adults had a great time relaxing on the porch and down by the fire pit. The neighborhood is so quiet you feel like you are in the middle of nowhere, but it’s a short drive to get groceries or a good meal (we enjoyed Lucky Rabbit a lot!). The house was immaculate and well taken care of, and the host was very responsive. 10/10 would stay here again!

We absolutely loved the house!! Had everything we needed. Boat dock was ju down the street. Parking was enough for 2 big boats, a set of jet ski and all the other cars. I would totally recommend it! Heather was very easy to communicate with.

Perfect Family Christmas getaway

Enjoyed our 2022 family Christmas at this property. Plenty of room to accommodate 16 of us. Large family room, huge kitchen table and 11 barstools in the kitchen. Beds were very comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked. Our adult kids enjoyed frisbee golf that was walking distance and we all enjoyed the fire pit for s’mores! Game room was a lot of fun! Saw plenty of deer roaming around and beautiful sunsets. A good time had by all.

Beautiful house with stunning views

We just returned from a stay in this beautiful house. The house was built with entertainment in mind. It has a huge gameroom where you can spend hours while enjoying gorgeous lake views. The breakfast/dining area has the same views of the beautiful lake and you can also see the park with a great playground from here. The patio is so huge, furnished with comfortable chairs and a couch where you can comfortably hang out in the shade and watch deer casually stroll by or boats going by in the distance. Walk down to the dock that is covered and has plenty of seating so you can enjoy fishing or parking your boat. There's a beautiful park couple of minutes walking distance from the house. It has plenty of things to do for kids such as swings, slides, basketball court and has a trail where you can go for a walk. If you are looking for a fun, peaceful and luxury vacation on a lake, look no further!

Great Family Retreat at the Lake!

Our stay at the Lake exceed our expectations. This place was equipt to handle a family lifestyle setting....Serving dishes for a large family dinner, plenty of towels for 15 guests; and the tremendous amount of room for each persons to still have their own personal space. It was plenty of parking to accommodate our relatives in town. The place was super clean! I have never been to a vacation rental that felt just like home until I visited the lake House. The welcome book gave us all the information we needed. The host, Heather was very responsive and readily available to assist with any questions. The Game Room was the life of the party for all of us. With a large group of 10 and various age ranges from 4 to 85 years old, we were all accommodated. Heather we will be returning again!! Everything is better at the Lake Travis Lake House!

Our Annual Family Vacay

We have stayed at several places on lake Travis… this house was by far the most accommodating for our family of 18. The bedrooms, the kitchen, the downstairs play room was amazing with all the things to do kept our teens enjoying every minute! The house is located in a great area on the lake! We will book again!
