You'll have the entire condo to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.
Excellent location in historical Clarksville neighborhood of Austin.
The condo is completely remodeled. All new appliances including LG washer and dryer. Two bikes are on site for guest use. This location is walkable within a block to numerous restaurants and two markets. Downtown Austin, Lady Byrd river, Whole Foods, shopping, University of Texas are less than a mile away. Lions Municipal Golf course and Tom Miller Dam are 1.5 and 1.8 miles away. Trending South Congress is 2.2 miles away. This condo is one of 13 units in the middle of an affluent neighborhood directly across from the historical Hezikiah Haskell House. In addition to bikes, there is a two-man kayak available for guests to use with an additional deposit. For an additional cost, valid driver’s license, acceptable insurance a Jeep Liberty is available for guests' use.
