Warner Cottage is a cute, quaint, and completely remodeled 1 Bedroom, 1 Bath home located in the heart of the village and steps from Geneva-on-the-Lake Golf Course. Enjoy the privacy of a stand-alone house with the convenience of everything the Strip has to offer. The pet friendly Warner Cottage has 1 queen bed and 2 full sleeper sofas, accommodating up to 6 people. Make yourself at home in the fully stocked kitchen equipped with cookware, plates, glassware and silverware, and fresh linens and towels are provided for your convenience. A/C, cable TV, and wireless internet are available throughout the home. After a day of activities, you can unwind outdoors next to the fire pit with a glass of wine form the nearby winery or prepare a scrumptious meal on the stocked propane grill.
Larger groups looking for additional space can also book our Colonial House https://www.vrbo.com/413935 conveniently located right next door.
Check in is 4:00 p.m. and checkout is 11:00 a.m. Parking for up to 3 vehicles is easily accessible just off South Warner Drive.
Geneva-on-the-Lake in Ashtabula County, Ohio, is an old-fashioned lakefront getaway offering something for everyone, and the Warner Cottage is in an ideal location for walking and easy driving to attractions on the famous entertainment Strip and north shore.

• Restaurants, nightclubs, amusement rides, live entertainment, arts, unique shopping, and arcades provide entertainment for everyone in your group, including the Tuesday concerts in Township Park.
• Play a round of golf at one of Geneva’s in-town or area golf courses. For family fun try one of the many miniature golf courses.
• Explore more than 20 Northeast Ohio wineries just minutes from Bungalow Geneva. The Ashtabula and Lake County grape-growing regions produce most of Ohio’s wine grapes, giving our area the reputation as the state's finest. And don’t forget about our famous covered bridges.
• Arriving by boat? Dock within the safety of the harbor at nearby Geneva State Park. And Lake Erie itself has so much to offer: Book a sunset cruise or a fishing charter. Swim at the State Park or stroll along the beach, then take a ride on the Ferris wheel. There are several restaurants and wineries right on the lake, and our spectacular sunsets offer the perfect subject for photo enthusiasts.

Pleasant stay

Cottage was just what we needed after a long period of time on the road. Clean, with plenty of amenities. Very cute town, with lots of summer time activities. Only downside is proximity to a bar, which got loud one night. Overall would recommend, and would stay again.

Great place

We felt at home the minute we walked into the house. It was perfect for us. There was music playing both the nights we were there, but the outside music was pleasant to listen to and stopped at midnight. Check in and out were a breeze. We had a great weekend.

The property is in the heart of the action on the strip. Walking distance to everything! It was very clean. Need was comfortable. Furniture could be upgraded and a hair dryer would be helpful.

Cute cottage with a roomy feel.

We enjoyed our one night stay. Location was good, especially if you like being in the center of all the attractions. FYI There is a skunk that visits the yard at night. Thankfully he moved on as we came up to the door.

Great location

This cute little cottage was perfect for my boyfriend and I for the weekend! We couldn’t of asked for a better location. We could always hear the live music from the bar next door and everything on the strip was in walking distance. It was very clean and had everything we needed for the weekend. I would not stay here with more than 2 adults, though. It is perfect for a couple or a family with small children. Overall it was a great place to stay and we would definitely stay here again!

Enjoyed our 5th time at Warner Cottage

Warner Cottage is small but very welcoming and accommodating for the two of us with our little dog. The place is very clean and comfortable. Also, no steps at all which is helpful when your knees are bad. The best feature is the location across from Eddie's Grill in the middle of the Strip but situated on a side street. No need for a car if you stay here. We didn't have a need to contact Matt, our host, during our stay but he was more than helpful when we were making arrangements to come.

Fun at GOTL

The cottage was the perfect size for what we needed I was very pleased with everything that they supplied I also liked the fact of being close to the strip we could walk to a lot of places The only drawback about being close to the strip is the music is a little bit loud We didn’t mind because we were able to sit out at our fire pit and enjoy the evening fire and music The host of the cottage was very nice to deal with I would rent this property again

Strip stay

Good for people who enjoy night life. Loud band outdoors every night very close to house. Fun if you are up for that in the evenings, just not what I was looking for. Cottage fine, but bed quite soft. Good location to strip but not necessarily to the lake

Exactly as listed, only problem was the beds were pretty uncomfortable but other then that no problems!! Wasn't able to stay the 2nd night and was able to get a refund for that night

Warner household

This is the perfect little cottage for two. Me and fiancé absolutely loved it. The only downfall was the bed wasn’t the best. It’s the perfect location because you can walk the strip and go to all the nice shops and bars. If you don’t like loud music then this isn’t the place for you. They have a live band that plays usually on the weekends. The home was clean and dust free as well. We had a nice little fire pit and the weather was perfect. We will be back.

Need mini bibles and more lighting

Nice location big enough yard for my 2 days…cons…need to replace light bulb in side was to dark for me I like lots of bright lights…and need curtains hem above the air conditioner or put mini blinds up…..when you had the curtains closed you didn’t get no air especially in bedroom and living. But other then that it was good enough…..
