With a fully equipped kitchen, dining and seating area with views of the water, and in-unit laundry and linen service, LakePointe Shores #3 packs a lot into a perfectly laid out space. A brand new deck with Adirondack chairs and a charcoal grill is perfect for dining al fresco, enjoying your morning coffee or evening cocktail while watching the tranquil beauty of Lake Erie.

Our 5 acre property is a serene park-like setting capped off with over 200 feet of private beach. Perfectly situated in Lake County, LakePointe Shores is minutes from Geneva-on-the-Lake, the Geneva State Park and Marina, the beautiful vineyards and wineries of the Grand River Valley region and Erie Shores Golf Course is our backyard. An abundance of local produce stands and farms and a short drive to several grocery stores makes shopping for your beach getaway an Erie breeze.

Nationals Trip

We were in the area for the D3 track and field national championship. This was a great place to stay, close to the competition site (Spire) but in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood. Close to all amenities.

Peaceful retreat

A peaceful retreat. Plan to take what you will need or be prepared to buy it as just the basics are provided for the kitchen. Biting flies sometimes so bring citronella. Management was very responsive.

Park setting right in the lake

Uniquely beautiful setting. 8 single storey houses set in a private park with big trees right on the lake. Golf course w nice driving range a 2 mins walk across the road. Bud & Darleen the owners, and Barry the property manager always helpful and responsive. Houses well equipped. Lots of repeat guests including me.

Great experience

The property was fantastic. It was very peaceful and relaxing. I didn't realize the beach was shared access with the other homes on the lot, but we had a fantastic time! Our whole family really enjoyed watching the sunset over the lake every night.

Wonderful! Incredible Hosts!

I can not say enough about this place. The cottage was bright, clean and nicely furnished. The owners were amazing. I screwed up and booked us a place without ac. We had at least 3 people that had heart and lung conditions that needed ac. One of our crew spoke with the owner and in less than 2 hours a window box unit was installed in each bedroom. He could easily have said tough that's what you rented but he was quick to help us. Also at one point the smart tv started to give us trouble and quickly someone was at our door to help. The only thing that would of improved the trip is if we could of rented the cottage that was between us and the beach so we could be even closer. Still we were close enough to hear the surf crashing against the shore and it was a wonderful location. I highly recommend the location and can not recommend the owners enough.
