The hotel reception staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel is very clean and in a quite and nice area.

Very nice hotel with excellent service and satisfying amenities for a good price. Dry and steam sauna work perfect. The GYM is rather small and doesn't have almost any machines. a 10-12 minute walk from the center of town.

Lovely Hotel, Staff very friendly and helpful, centrally located

We had a wonderful stay. The hotel location is the best you can get, the service was top notch, the rooms were new and very nicely design. We'll be back again for sure.

Amazing stay friendly staff , great location and really nicer than your standard hotel

Great hotel!! Clean rooms!! Excellent staff!!

Cosy old style hotel. Excellent location next to U-bahn 1 and 3, situated practically on the main street in Vienna within the first district walking distance from all attractions. Excellent service and extremely kind and accommodating people at the front desk. Price reasonable taking in account that there is no Gym facilities or SPA. Breakfast is decent, not luxurious like in a 5 star hotel and not "health or vegetarian" friendly however we managed and were not left hungry!.

Excellent hotel and location, impressive decoration in lobby and rooms. I stayed in a suite (Hansen) with 2 bathrooms. The bedroom is very nice with a comfortable bed. The main bathroom is top notch. Shower is rainfall and floor in the bathroom is heated. Both shower and bathtub is run by electronic buttons with a digital temperature settings. Toilet is with integral wash and dry facility. Every small detail has been thought of. Staff is amazing...very friendly and helpful. The service and...
