Absolutely fantastic hotel....firstly the amazing view's,and then all the little touches from the chocolate on the pillow to the dressing gown's and complimentary teas/coffee & soft drinks,it was a luxurious stay. Breakfast was beyond it's four star rating with everything possible being available.Staff could not have been more helpful,and also very professional but still enjoying their work which was obvious by the atmosphere in the hotel.Underground parking beside the hotel huge plus when you...

An amazing base for a few days in Innsbruck. Spent 2 nights as a solo traveller. Hotel 10mins easy walk from train station & old town. 15mins to cable car up to the mountains. Beautiful landscaped garden rooftop terrace. Wonderful staff. Absolutrly best choice for short stay in Innsbruck. Qa,

Amazing service all around. From the reception, to the restaurants and spa - everyone did everything possible to make us feel great. The only thing I would say needs improvement - are the mattress and pillows.

This was an amazing stay at Travel Charme Ifen Hotel! Everything was perfect - the room is beautiful and spacious, the facilities are great, staff members are so welcoming and helpful, the area and views from the balcony were breathtaking and the food is delicious. At night there was a piano player which was joyful.
