"The check in process was seamless. The front desk receptionist was friendly and made sure we knew everything the hotel had to offer. The room was pristine and had everything we needed as well as a Keurig with pods which was a great touch! I really appreciated the full complementary toiletery options from hand soup, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion and even a makeup remover (which i forgot). The complementary breakfast had something for everyone, and the coffee was very decent. They even had a hot chocolate bar was was super cute, with complimentary cookies. There is also a little store in the lobby incase you needed anything extra. We had originally booked a different hotel and they couldn't accomodate us so i was a little apprehensive. But i was honestly very pleased with the mishap because i would stay at this hotel again in a heart beat. Thank for guys for a great stay!"

"The hotel was very busy, so it was noisy. Can't be helped but the wall thermostats work better our rooms did not so I did struggle with the room temp. Too hot or too cold didn't seem to matter what temp it was on. The fan on high speed made a popping sound. No one caught the cobwebs over the headboard. And the lamp didn't work. It was not plugged in but doing so did not make it work. That being said I will stay there again in the future. All of the staff were extremely nice. Just little things, busy, time of year, and things that can be addressed."

"The room was great. Spotless. The staff was wonderful. House keeping let us in when our key wouldn’t work. Apparently a dead door. Not sure what a dead door is but they Fixed it right away. "
