"I was a late check-in, at 2:40 AM. I was given a room directly in front of a conference/meeting room. There was an event with breakfast being served in this conference room at 7:00 AM. There was enough noise from other guest in front of my door that I was woken up at 7:00 AM. I could not sleep-in even if I wanted to. For someone checking-in that late, hotel staff need to be aware of what is happening in their hotel to be better able to accommodate a late arriving guest."

"Lovely, clean and quiet room. Only complaint is that the luggage cart wheels kept locking which made my trip to and from the room when checking in/out very challenging as a solo parent with kids with many bags."
