A welcoming place in a wonderful city

Homely and comfortable, literally minutes from the train station and easily walkable to the town center, this ground floor apartment is perfect for a family, a couple or a group of friends. The house is very well-equipped ( WI-FI, cable TV, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, mixer, kettle, bed and bath linen, amenities, etc). The kitchen has all the equipment for cooking. No problem with food shopping and restaurants in this quiet neighborhood. There is a small supermarket and a Portuguese traditional restaurant just around the corner. A few meters ahead you'll find an Italian, a Chinese and other Portuguese restaurants. It is easy to park the car in front of the apartment. Parking is free on weekends and holidays, paid during weekdays from 9am to 8pm. Parking fees: 0,40 euros/hour or 2 euros/day except on weekdays and holidays).

Casa equipada e confortável
A casa atendeu muito bem as nossas expectativas e ficamos mais dias do que o programado inicialmente. Há um supermercado cerca de 200 m de distância, a bela estação de trem fica ao final da rua e o centrinho de Aveiro não fica longe. A casa é ampla, equipada e possui 3 quartos. O wifi funcionou bem durante nossa estadia e a comunicação com a pessoa responsável pelo imóvel também foi muito boa. As únicas observações para que fique melhor seriam a substituição do assento da sanita do lavabo, que é menor do que o tamanho adequado e fica escorregando quando utilizamos, e a cortina do box que poderia ficar na entrada do box e não no meio. Da forma como está, diminui a área útil do box e fica grudando na nossa pele durante o banho. De qualquer forma, a casa é muito boa e recomendamos a todos.

A nossa passagem por Aveiro não poderia ter sido melhor. Tivemos a sorte de dispor de um apartamento aconchegante e completo que facilitou a descoberta da magnífica cidade sem preocupações. Não faltava nada, cozinha completamente equipada e lavandaria, tudo com os respetivos detergentes, secador, máquina de lavar a louça, ferro de engomar e respetiva tábua, estendal resumindo tudo o que necessita para umas férias sem preocupações.
