The apartment with patio is a spacious and bright ground floor very well equipped, situated in a quiet and central street with supermarkets, cafes and restaurants nearby. It has a large patio. It is 10 minutes walk from the center and is very close to Aveiro train station and the bus terminal to the beaches of Barra and Costa Nova.
It consists of living room with sofa, TV with cable TV, wi-fi, air conditioning and dining area, fully equipped kitchen, double bedroom with wardrobe, large twin bedroom with wardrobe, bedroom with 2 single beds (a pick-up) and a desk, two bathrooms, one with shower, laundry area with washing machine, iron, ironing board, large patio with table, chairs and wooden bench.
