Great location overlooking the main canal, with great soundproofing so our stay was quiet and relaxed. Accommodation spacious and comfortable with good cooking facilities if you wanted them. Claudia gave us a very useful map and good ideas of what to see and how to get there. We particularly enjoyed the trip on the bus out to Costa Nova on a lovely sunny day. Highly recommended.

Pedro and Claudia are amazing and attentive hosts. The property is modern, spacious, very clean and quiet. The location is excellent, right across from the river and close to the hest shopping, restaurants and Averio's best places of interest. The place is so beautiful! Brand new and clean. Great location close to the Canal and restaurants and shops. The owners were very helpful, giving us a map with a description of a walking tour plus where all the amenities are. They made sure we were able to use the key pad and the electronic key. This is an excellent property, bigger than a hotel, with more amenities, and so close to everything. We could walk where we wanted and always felt safe when we got home late. The staff was super friendly and communication was perfect. We will be coming back here when we stay I Aveiro!
