This was a lovely place to stay, in the heart of Aveiro. The room was modern, comfortable and nicely equipped for light housekeeping during a 4 day stay. It was easy to get to attractions, shopping, dining, etc.

Great location overlooking the main canal, with great soundproofing so our stay was quiet and relaxed. Accommodation spacious and comfortable with good cooking facilities if you wanted them. Claudia gave us a very useful map and good ideas of what to see and how to get there. We particularly enjoyed the trip on the bus out to Costa Nova on a lovely sunny day. Highly recommended.

Fabulous stay. Accomodation was perfect. Lovely spacious room, clean and comfortable, and a great location. Central and within easy walking distance of all tourist sites. Claudia at the accommodation was so helpful in giving information and advice, even messaging us with suggestions for restaurants to visit. Her know knowledge about Aveiro and its history was fantastic. A great ambassador for the town. Highly recommended, and looking forward to returning some day soon

Pedro and Claudia are amazing and attentive hosts. The property is modern, spacious, very clean and quiet. The location is excellent, right across from the river and close to the hest shopping, restaurants and Averio's best places of interest. We had a wonderful 3 days and will definitely stay at this property again when when we next visit this beautiful city ❤️

The place is so beautiful! Brand new and clean. Great location close to the Canal and restaurants and shops. The owners were very helpful, giving us a map with a description of a walking tour plus where all the amenities are. They made sure we were able to use the key pad and the electronic key. This is an excellent property, bigger than a hotel, with more amenities, and so close to everything. We could walk where we wanted and always felt safe when we got home late. The staff was super friendly and communication was perfect. We will be coming back here when we stay I Aveiro!

Perfect spot in Aveiro

Great location, close to the canal and old part of town with reataurants and bars. Plenty of shopping close by as well. Very nice apartment with all you need. Clean, moderrn and comfortable with aircondition (new and quiet) Very friendly and helpful host and staff. Will definitely stay here again!
