"This place is terrific. The views are amazing and the owners are charming. Breakfast is in an ideal setting and if you’re interested in walking/hiking one has easy access to Almalfi and Minori. Locating the B&B was confusing the first time since the numbers go up and down going down the path. One should also be aware that one has to go down a lot of steps so if you have heavy bags this will be difficult."

"Overall a great stay for eight nights. Comfortable, clean room and bathroom. Decent breakfast. Nice rooftop restaurant. Clean spa facilities. Fantastic location for the village square, Atrani beach and walking to Amalfi. However, the spa is not included in the booking, and you only find this out after booking in the confirmation email. This should be communicated more clearly BEFORE payment. Also, the air conditioning needs fixing, as it randomly turned off several times during our stay. Once, during the night, it switched from cooling to heating, and we woke up extremely uncomfortable and sweaty. The night shift manager wasn't able to fix this, and we had to wait until morning. Other than those two points, it was a lovely stay, and I would recommend the hotel as a base for exploring the Amalfi coast."

"A Magical Stay on the Amalfi Coast! Hotel Villa Fraulo in Ravello exceeded all expectations. The views from our balcony suite are simply breathtaking — the panoramic vistas over the Tyrrhenian Sea and the coastline are unlike anything I've ever seen. Waking up to that scenery every morning for four nights was an experience I'll never forget. The suite itself was incredibly spacious — well-appointed, elegant, and with the tower balcony adding a truly special touch. It felt like a private retreat high above the world. Ravello is the perfect base for exploring the Amalfi Coast, and Villa Fraulo's location on Via San Giovanni del Toro puts you right in the heart of this stunning clifftop village. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a romantic, luxurious stay on the coast."

"This hotel was in a convenient location. It was walking distances from the port, train/bus station and many rental car locations. We only had a 1 night stay to pick up or rental car before heading off. We arrived early and the hotel stored our luggage for us while we went out. The hotel is dated but comfortable. The breakfast provide was great and all the staff was lovely."

"The room was overpriced for what we received, with a nightly rate comparable to a luxury apartment in Capri. We did not feel welcome at check-in; the young lady simply stared when we approached and only gave us one key while taking two passports and checking in two people. As we walked past staff, our acknowledgments were met with scowls. The room was not well-maintained, with a lot of dust in certain areas and a bathroom in need of attention. The worst part was the shower drain, which would back up, leaving us standing in water throughout the shower. The air conditioner did not effectively cool the room. On a positive note, the location was convenient, being close to Pizzeria da Michele and Salerno train station. The beds were comfortable, and the room was quiet, which was a plus. At check-out, the morning receptionist was warm and kind, but she was the only welcoming person we encountered. Breakfast was included and had essentials like coffee, toast, and water."

"Very good breakfast buffet that can be eaten on covered outdoor terrace with beautiful view. Clean property. Several rooms (showers, furniture) and room corridors (unpainted damaged walls) need some maintenance and basic renovation to meet "4-star" standards. Definitely take room with Sea-View balcony, which adds significant value to stay. Rooms with view of city (or "partial view of water) not appealing."
