"The location was very good, the stuff some of them were very nice, helpful and very kind. Breakfast was very good, the place looks nice and clean. They just give you one key card per room, it was not easy for us because we all had different plans. About the cleaning At check-in they give you a paper with instructions and information about almost everything. It says that towels left on the floor will be replaced, while towels that are hung up will be understood as ones you plan to reuse, which is perfectly fine. The shower is open, so a lot of water comes out when you bathe, and I had to put two of the small towels on the floor. When I got out, everything was very wet, so I used the towel I had used to finish drying and left the three towels on the floor since they were wet. When I came back, the large towel was hanging and one of the small ones was folded but still very wet, which makes me think they only took one and just wrung out the other and folded it again.
