"The hotel was beautiful and so was the grounds. Terrace was a nice feature in the room. After walking around Madrid, the tub was a nice feature. Comfortable beds, helpful staff. Bus stops are easily accessible from hotel."

"My wife and I were visiting our daughter and son-in-law and grandchildren in Torrelodones and unfortunately left it rather late to book. We came across Anastasia’s apartment and book instantly as it appeared to meet our needs and represented great value. Pre-visit communication was personalised and thorough and we had no problem finding the location, given the excellent directions. On arrival we were personally greeted by Anastasia, who could not have been more approachable and helpful. We felt very welcomed a the facilities in the apartment suited our needs and we enjoyed the access to the garden, pool and the walks in nature - literally on the doorstep. We walked down to the local shops and restaurant on a number of occasions and really enjoyed the food and atmosphere. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and will be returning as well as recommending other friends and relatives ought to consider booking the apartment. Thank you. Damian and Sally."

"The rooms we had on the main floor (008/009) were very spacious. Perfect for a family of 4. The water pressure was fantastic and always hot. Situated close to an automall where there were many car dealerships, I was surprised to find there were alot of restaurants and a mall and a nice park nearby. I would stay there again."

"The location of this property is outstanding. The property itself could use a little TLC but is certainly functional as it is. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly, but only one of four that I spoke to was able to speak English fluently. As such, we were unable to understand what amenities were available and how to use them. The rooms are fine but small and a little cramped. The overall value of the stay was very good."
