2 bedroom detached villa with private pool in Ayia Thekla

"Super semaine de vacances dans une belle maison.La maison est une belle maison, très bien décorée, très agréable à vivre avec tout le nécessaire à disposition, une bonne literie et une bonne climatisation. On s’y sent vraiment chez soi. Le panier de bienvenue est généreux et appréciable. La piscine est belle et très bien entretenue et le jardin autour donne envie d’y passer des heures. La voiture peut être garée sur une place privée dans l’enceinte de la maison. Le quartier est très calme et dans un bel environnement. La plage de Nissi Beach est à 5mn en voiture. Cap Greco est aussi proche. Nicosie est à environ une heure de route et vaut vraiment le détour (surtout la partie turque). L’aéroport de Larnaca est très facile d’accès en 30/40mn. Wendy nous a accueillis chaleureusement et la communication entre nous a été excellente. Nous recommandons sans hésitation cette location. Conception, François, Emma et Florent"

"Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay at this lovely accommodation. The location was beautiful, with stunning sea views, and the garden and pool were fantastic, providing plenty of space for our group of nine to relax and spend time together.All of the bedrooms were a great size, and having an en-suite bathroom for each room was a real bonus.The only downside was that the fridge freezer wasn’t working properly during our. As a large group, this was quite inconvenient, and although the host did arrange for it to be replaced, it took a little longer than we had expected to resolve.Despite this, we had a great stay overall. The property itself is excellent, and the host was helpful throughout. We would recommend it to others and would consider staying again."
Tranquility Villa - Charming Ayia Thekla Getaway

"We spent 2 weeks at this villa in Agia Thekla, and it truly exceeded our expectations. The location is peaceful, situated at the end of the street, right near Elena Gardens Villa, with very friendly neighbors who actually live there. Since we stayed in November, the whole area was quiet and ideal for a relaxing getaway. The villa itself was exactly as shown in the photos: cozy, and very comfortable. It felt like a real home away from home. A small TV, but with IP television offering thousands of movies (even upcoming ones) and channels from many countries. Perfect for relaxed evenings after exploring the area. There’s a small supermarket nearby for all basic items food, and for everything else you’ll need a car or you can use the regular buses that go to Ayia Napa. This villa is definitely worth staying in. Peaceful location, cozy accommodation. The overall cleanliness was very good, but the ceiling lamps with ventilators in all rooms really need a thorough cleaning — the amount of dust on them was terrible, and definitely something that should be taken care of before new guests arrive. The windows are not soundproof at all. Cyprus is known for extremely loud (and often illegal) motorbike noise, and you can hear them very clearly, day and night. Since we stayed in November, the activity wasn’t too frequent, but in summer this could become quite disturbing. Lastly, during our stay there were renovation works happening at a nearby villa. This meant we could hear workers during the daytime. Of course, this is temporary, but still something future guests might want to be aware of."
