- a bedroom with queen-size bed (160 cm),
- a bathroom with shower,
- an open kitchen equipped with coffee machine, toaster, kettle, oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, hot plates,
- washing machine, hairdryer and fan,
- Wi-Fi.

Right in the centre of Avignon and a stone's throw from the Palais des papes, the famous gothic fortress, as well as the famous black oak theatre, this studio will allow you to visit the city and its entertainment in the blink of an eye. In addition to having various theatres and the Halles d'Avignon covered market within walking distance, you can easily reach the city's entertainment in less than 10 minutes: the green park on the heights of the Rocher des Doms, the unavoidable Pont d'Avignon, or the Remparts d'Avignon open-air museum; not forgetting the wide choice of bars, cafés and restaurants on the Place des Châtaignes and the Place des Carmes.
