"Was it cheap? Yes Did it feel cheap? Also yes Place was super run down, dingy hotel Room was “tidy” enough but pretty run down, the pictures from the Expedia site really should be updated as they look like they were taken over 20 years ago, everything looks very aged now. The bed was super creaky and uncomfortable. We had pillows that were all mismatched, one was super flat and hard, one super fluffy and one smelly. Wish I had brought my own pillow. The walls are so thin I was kept up all night, either kids crying or people in the hall, loud noises of toilets flushing in other rooms. I could go on but you get the picture, super run down “you get what you pay for” kinda deal. Will definitely not be back. Also, before you get excited about the pool, like my son was… This place shares a pool with the Super 8 next door so had it been open I am willing to bet it would have been absolutely packed with two hotels able to use it. Unfortunately someone had puked in it before we got there so it was closed. The best part of the stay was the breakfast at the Denny’s next door! "

"Would not recommended for a romantic couples getaway. Our room was next to entrance doors and a vending machine. Paid for a room with walk out access to the hot tub we never had the chance to use with children using it like a pool. Groups of children running the halls and our room was pranked. Called management about the noise but that wasnt a fix all. At check out asked for management to call....never got a call. On the upside though...room was clean & smelled good, bathroom was very nice and had lots of hot water for the shower. The restaurant was a highlight as was the location next to the river & walking paths."

"Friendly staff, clean comfortable rooms with a spacious shower. Well located near downtown Spokane, River Front Park, the Spokane Arena and numerous restaurants, all within walking distance. "

"We have stayed at this specific location several times and never had issues previously. During our initial check-in there was not a room available that was accessible so we had to wait. Said room smelled horribly of cigarette smoke. We relocated to a non accessible room as that was all that was available. The fan didn’t work in the bathroom. Mildew and possibly mold in the bathroom. The hot tub wasn’t working and there was algae and mildew all over in the pool room. There was a room on the second floor “under construction” that had the window completely taken out and cold air coming through the makeshift door. Where you could see through into the room. Most of the staff seemed new, but were apologetic and helpful. After this experience I am not likely to book rooms here anymore. The price is good, but not low enough to warrant possible health concerns."

"I stayed at this hotel recently and did not feel safe. The environment felt very sketchy, and there was a broken window in one of the nearby buildings that added to the unsafe atmosphere. The overall experience was uncomfortable, and I would not stay here again. "
