"The apartment was everything we were expected it was very small but that was fine for two of us, it would be cramped for 4 .the kitchen had everything we needed but a few extra bits would of helped like bin bags and cleaning products and it had no frying pan it’s not a kitchen to cook a dinner in but good for lunch and breakfast.we used the juicer everyday.we always had plenty of hot water and there were extra covers for the colder nights. But I would not rate this 10/10"

"We did have a lovely week at the Christina Beach house. The location and access to the sea were excellent. The supermarket at the top of the hill was great, and it’s about a 1.5km walk to central Kassiopi. We were party of 7, so used both the upstairs and downstairs apartments. The downstairs apartment was far more modern than the upstairs, and I would recommend that the upstairs is updated with a lick of paint and kitchen. It was incredibly musty when we arrived and the floors felt like they hadn’t been recently swept. Also the cooker needs changing in this apartment, we were unable to boil water on the hob as the rings didn’t get hot enough. I would also recommend that the pool size is added to the listing as it is smaller than the photos suggest."

"Blissful. The perfect combination of Villa and Beach holiday. The house is lovely. Beautifully done except perhaps for one or two of the bathrooms. It might be good to think about a shady seating/eating area outside for more than 4 people. The wi-fi is temperamental and weirdly much better at Cavo Barbaro. So combined with almost zero 5G this can make communication problematic. Ask Carol! Perhaps steps or pots where the level drops from the dining area. Dangerous for little ones and adults alike! You should update the web page…..we felt that the house and garden are immeasurably nicer than the pictures! These are minor observations. We adored our stay and when Corfu calls to us again we will definitely choose Avlaki Beach House. Thank you again."

"Wonderful property that matched its description with fantastic views. Excellent easy access and turning even for our 9 seater minivan.We were a family holiday and loved the use of the small children's pool and the bbq.Please note that you only get 1 key that also activates all the electricity in the property. So when you go out everything goes off. A/C understood. However it also stops the fridge/freezer and the dishwasher!Owner came by everyday cleaning pool etc and was very responsive to our needs."
