Lounge room upstairs with views over Avoca Beach and the Avoca Pines. A newly renovated kitchen has granite bench tops, a huge island bench with seating, two ovens, two dishwashers and a wine fridge, pantry and appliance cupboard to manage cooking and entertaining for a crowd or large family. A good size balcony at the front of the house to enjoy a pre dinner drink overlooking the beach.

Master bedroom contains queen bed and has fantastic views, plus walk in robe and ensuite. Second bedroom also has a queen size bed with views, bedroom three has a king size single bed and single bed.
The main bathroom is on this level with a shower in the bath. Downstairs are another two bedrooms, each with a king single and single bed. There is a small bathroom with a shower on this lower level. The laundry has a top loader washing machine and dryer.

Charming Avoca Beach is perfectly suited for families with a well-protected rock pool, patrolled surf beach, children's playground, boutique shopping and a la carte restaurants as well as alfresco cafes overlooking the beach. Step back in time at the award winning, character filled Avoca Beach Picture Theatre where featured movies range from unique 'Indie Films' to the latest box office smash. Go barefoot bowling, have a hit of tennis or hire a kayak or paddle boat on Avoca Lake.
