The Space:

Welcome to The Gallery: a brand-new, thoughtfully designed apartment where bespoke original artwork, soft natural textures and premium finishes create a space with genuine character. Large windows bring abundant natural light into the open-plan living and dining area, with views toward Avoca Lake from inside and from the private balcony.



The apartment sleeps up to 4 guests:

- Bedroom 1: king bed, built-in robes and private spa-inspired ensuite

- Bedroom 2: two single beds

- Two bathrooms



The modern kitchen is equipped for home-style meals, including an oven, stove, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker and dining table. For year-round comfort, the apartment has air conditioning and heating, plus Wi-Fi, TV, an in-unit washer and dryer, and lift access.



Spend time on the private balcony, furnished for outdoor dining, or make use of the BBQ grill, barbecue utensils and fire pit for relaxed outdoor meals and evenings.



Guest Access:

Guests have exclusive access to the entire apartment, including the private balcony. Self check-in is available via lockbox, and the apartment has a private entrance.



Free secure garage parking is available on the premises, with EV charging, along with free street parking. Guests also have lake access and shared beach access.

The suburb balances a relaxed, beachside lifestyle with convenience, offering schools, parks, and essential services for both residents and visitors. Its residential streets feature a mix of charming cottages, modern homes, and holiday rentals, attracting families, retirees, and holidaymakers alike.

Other Things to Note:

Before arrival, Coast Hosting requires completion of a secure online guest check-in form, including a digital copy of your ID and card details. Card details are encrypted and securely processed through the Stripe payment gateway; they are not shared with third parties or retained beyond what is necessary for the required payment or authorisation.



A refundable $250 security bond is held for the stay to cover potential damages and released within 7 days of departure, provided there are no issues. Housekeeping is available at an extra cost. Long-term stays are allowed.
