    This lovely single-level residence comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests. It features a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, a cozy gas fireplace, air conditioning, a formal dining area, and a private balcony with mountain views and a gas grill. This residence includes parking for one vehicle on-site.

    The bedroom configuration of this lovely residence is as follows:

    Master bedroom with King bed and en-suite bathroom and steam shower

    For stays of 8 nights or more, a mid-stay refresh and linen change is included as part of your booking. Linen is changed, beds are made, trash is removed, bathrooms are cleaned, towels refreshed, the kitchen is attended to, and all surfaces & faucets are left sparkling and disinfected.

    For stays of fewer than 8 nights, mid-stay cleaning is not included but can be arranged upon request for an additional fee.

    This home requires a Damage Protection Policy to cover your stay for accidental damage up to $5,000. This policy is required from this property manager and already included in the displayed price.
