Privately situated at the far western end of the Brookside Park Residences, this spacious retreat offers peaceful Eagle River views while keeping you close to everything Avon and Beaver Creek have to offer.

Step outside to the paved Eagle River Trail for walking or biking, or head across the street to catch the free Beaver Creek shuttle from the Bear Lot. With over 2,250 sq ft across two levels, the home provides generous living space for families and groups to spread out and unwind.
