All of the above deserves 5 star! We would give more stars if the rating scale went higher. First of all, the location couldn’t be better. So convenient for our skiers , yet so convenient for the ones not skiing and wanting to enjoy the village of Beaver creek. This beautiful home had every amenity we would need or want. All beds were comfortable and the kitchen was stocked better than ours at home. The entire place was so beautiful! I also have to complement our host, Reed. The instructions and guidance given prior to arrival, made for easy navigation. We had very few questions/needs, but when we did, Reed was quick to respond. We look forward to future visits. This was such a fun family gathering place!
Had an excellent stay for a family outing. Expensive but got what we wanted out of it, good location and a great space for the family to hang out together.
We had a wonderful stay. The location is perfect for a family with young kids. Ski school was steps away and so convenient to stores and restaurants. The condo was well equipped and just as listed. Thanks for everything.

Perfect penthouse for a ski in/out vacation. Rooms were skillfully appointed and well maintained. The unit was perfect for a ski vacation. Ski 29k vertical and you need a hot tub. Unit has no hot tub or no pool. Only setback, otherwise great stay.

-More lighting needed, bulbs burned out around unit.
-In need or repainting. Badly scuffed walls and cabinets.
-bathrooms need renovation. Old tile in showers and baths (one bathroom has been RE-tiled). Poor water pressure.
-unit was quit dusty with 1/4” dust on glass shelf in Master bath, lots of Knick knacks which were abundant and dusty, carpet needs replacing, jelly beans and food crumbs under King room, no Bath Mat left in Master Bathroom.
-Dishwasher has many broken racks inside.
-kitchen cutting boards, cookie sheets and dry pans are in terrible condition-scratched, burned and old. Need replacing.
Wonderful location. Would stay here again if unit was thoroughly cleaned and maintenance taken care of, otherwise would try something else.

Luxurious property above ice rink. Easy access to lifts, shopping , and eating. Plenty of room and everything you need down to boot warmers . 4 bedroom , 41/2 bath . Reed handled any questions we had and was easy to work with when our flight was canceled . Our favorite place so far in Beaver Creek
The location of this condo couldn't be better--right in the center of Beaver Creek village, easy walk to the lifts, restaurants etc. One in our group didn't ski and she found things to do. In addition to the condo being very spacious, 4 bedrooms and 4 1/2 bathrooms and a great layout really allowed privacy when desired. Very helpful to have a local property manager who could help with a few things too!
This long weekend getaway was perfect for our group who was celebrating birthdays of all ages! Some skied, some shopped, and some just partied. Perfect for all of us to come and go and do all of the above activities at our own pace. Just perfect place. Had wrong codes for checkin so made a lot of confusion, however homeowners were very quick to respond and remedy the situation!

Not my definition of ski in/ski out
Charlie (owner) & Elizabeth (caretaker) were very helpful. The condo was clean and a good size. The kitchen in very small and there are many locked "owner's closet". There are beds for 5 in the bunk room but only one very small closet that was filled with games, pillows, blankets, etc. The other closet in the room was locked. When you have 2 sets of clothes per person (ski and non ski) then you have a lot of clothes to store. We had my 2 youngest staying in the room. After we removed everything from the closet, we still didn't have enough room for their bulky ski clothes and non ski clothes.
We have never stayed in Beaver Creek so I relied on Charlie's description on VRBO when choosing this location. My definition of ski in/ski out is you exit the snow with either a ski valet helps you or you immediately enter the building to a ski locker room to store your equipment. You do not have to walk in your ski boots with your skis and poles down 2 escalators, through Beaver Creek village and then up an elevator to the condo. We paid a premium for the convenience of location, I am not willing to pay this for my kids, husband and I to schlep my equipment after a long day of skiing. The listing says "ski to your back door"
I think if you are going to enjoy Beaver Creek with your family and not ski, then this would be a great condo to rent.

Fantastic condo in the perfect location!
We rented this unit during the off season in October as 3 of us were attending a conference in Gerald Ford Hall just across the ice rink. We wanted to bring our families which included small 3 small children and really needed a place they could play, a kitchen for meal prep, and places for us all to sleep comfortably. This was absolutely perfect!
Charlie was great to work with ahead of time and answered all of my questions extremely quickly. Thanks again for the Pack'n'Play and highchair onsite! Elizabeth was quick to respond to set-up our check-in. She got us all settled in despite the chaos of 3 tiny humans and over-tired parents trying to wrangle them plus luggage.
The space worked great for us. The kitchen was well equipt and had everything we needed. We had to tuck a few things away to keep the littlest one from pulling over, but otherwise we felt safe and cozy! The couch makes a great pillow fort FYI! Bedrooms were all lovely and the kiddos enjoyed the bunkbeds.
We made use of the Park Hyatt gym and spa daily and loved that that was part of the amenities. Beaver Creek itself was pretty quiet with many things closed in late October, as we expected. Having the parking spots made it easy to head down into Avon and the rest of Vail Valley as needed. We visited a lot of local parks and the Imagination Station for some indoor playtime.
One small note, the dishwasher seemed like it could use an overhaul as many things were not coming out clean (and dishes in the cupboards showed the same issue). We did a bit of cleaning in it and it seemed like it was working a bit better before left.
I hope that if we hold our conference again at the Park Hyatt/Gerald Ford Hall that we'll be able to rent this place again. We were very pleased and highly recommend!
We were met by Reed when we pulled up! He hopped in our vehicle to guide us through the garage and elevator access points. After arriving at our unit he helped us get familiar with the unit and then accompanied us downstairs to show us where to pick up our skis. Everything in the unit was well arranged, clean and even had fresh flowers! Everything was just as described online. One of our humidifiers wasn’t working properly and Reed brought a new one over the same day. I would definitely recommend this property and management team!’
