Crab Walk is situated in the sought-after Oceanfront Estates community, where you can take a stroll or bike ride to the beach access at the end of the street. After a fun-filled day of sun, sand and waves, come home and unwind in the comfortably furnished, open-concept great room or get dinner started in the fully stocked kitchen. The living area leads out to an expansive sun deck with plenty of outdoor seating and a picnic table. All three bedrooms are conveniently located together on the mid-level. Avon is considered by many to be the center of Hatteras Island, home to more businesses than some of the neighboring villages. Despite this, Avon remains a quaint coastal town with the main attraction still being the unspoiled beaches. Crab Walk is located on the northern end of Avon, just past the 11-mile stretch of undeveloped National Seashore that separates it from Salvo. A three-minute drive south will take you to the heart of town, where you'll find the Avon Fishing Pier along with a variety of locally owned boutiques, surf shops, and dining options.
