Bedroom 1 - Indulge in the spacious luxury of the primary bedroom on the second floor, featuring a California King bed. The modern design blends comfort and style seamlessly, offering a serene retreat with shared access to a Jack and Jill bathroom.

Bedroom 2 - Located on the ground floor, this modern bedroom boasts a Queen bed, creating a perfect blend of comfort and sophistication. Sleek furnishings make it a cosy haven with a full hallway bathroom located just outside the door.

Bedroom 3 - Situated on the second floor, this bedroom features a Twin size trundle bed. The efficient use of space and stylish design make it a cosy space for rest or family setups, sharing the Jack and Jill bathroom with the primary suite.

Bedroom 4 (Semi-Private Living Area) - Located on the ground floor around the corner from the bathroom, this space features a Queen size sleeper sofa. Contemporary design elements and natural light ensure it serves as a chic and welcoming oasis.

You`ll find 2 clean and fully stocked bathrooms with bright lighting and hotel-grade towels in this home. There is 1 full bathroom upstairs (Jack and Jill) and 1 full bathroom downstairs. All showers are stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash for your group`s needs.

KITCHEN & LOUNGE
Prepare a quick snack or a large feast in the fully stocked kitchen. It features beautiful worktops and modern appliances with everything you will need to cook magnificent dinners. The dining area is perfect for enjoying a meal with your group, featuring a central thermostat nearby for comfort. You’ll have access to every room and feature of this home except the owner`s closet. Make yourself at home- your hosts are just a phone call or text away if you have any questions or would like recommendations for things to do nearby. There is a keypad on the front door for easy and secure access.

We are only a phone call or text message away. You will be able to self-check-in upon arrival. We are happy to be contacted via phone or through your booking app before, during or after your stay.

Our team is happy to offer extra services such as party decorating, grocery delivery, rentals and more through our local partners. Please reach out to your hosts for more information!
✔️Smoking of any kind, including cigarettes, cigars, and marijuana, is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property. Evidence of smoking will result in a minimum $1,000 smoking remediation fee.

✔️ Parties are not allowed. You are welcome to have a few guests over to visit but please let us know if you will be doing so.

✔️ Please remove your shoes by the front door

✔️Out of respect for our neighbors, please be mindful of quiet hours from 10pm-8am

✔️We are not able to accommodate late checkouts due to our cleaners busy schedules. There is a late checkout fee of $125 and potentially up to the cost of an extra night if it affects the incoming guests.

✔️Early check ins can be requested through your electronic guidebook the day of check in. We do our best to accommodate these requests, however it is fully dependant on availability. If approved, there is a $50 charge for early check in.

✔️Please ensure you don`t leave anything behind at checkout! There is a fee of $30 plus shipping to have items sent to you after departure.


✔️We do not keep propane or firewood stocked for liability reasons, we recommend checking that the tank doesn`t need to be filled if you plan to use any amenities requiring propane during your stay. If you do need to get the tank refilled please let us know and we`d be happy to reimburse you!

✔️ If you are utilising an amenity with propane, please be sure to close the tank when not in use.

✔️ Please note that the owners occasionally bring their dogs to the property, so the home may not be suitable for guests with severe pet allergies.
