"The suites are small but well appointed! We loved having a kitchen (1 burner stovetop, fridge and freezer, dishwasher, microwave, and they even had a toaster oven/air fryer available upon request!) a bedroom and the Murphy bed in the living room. It was walking distance to shuttles, restaurants, and the river path. Excellent parking! Would definitely stay here again. Recommend requesting a room on the mountain side of the hotel rather than the highway side of the hotel. Our balcony had a mountain and town view rather than a highway view!"

"We were arriving about 6:30 pm. Received an email that the front desk was only open until 6 but they would leave our room key and instructions in an envelope in a lock box. When we arrived, the lock box was open and nothing was in it. There was a number to call for after hours help, so I called it. The answering service took my number and said that someone would call me back ASAP. (I also emailed through their website and left voicemails on numerous mailboxes.) Finally, at 7:45, I got a response from one of the emails that I had sent saying that they were open but didn't have my phone number and that they were open until 8, but upstairs instead of in the lobby."
