This mountain modern, second floorground level residence offers a wood burning fireplace and sleeper sofa in the family room, an upgraded chefs kitchen, two guest suites, each with an attached bathroom, one with a king size bed and the other with a queen bed and twinoverdouble bunk bed. Additional features include custom lighting, a washerdryer, covered parking for one vehicle and access to a private ski locker room.

Guests will appreciate hillside views from the deck, as well as the convenience of being steps from a skiway that provides easy skiin, skiout access. Additional property amenities include a complimentary shuttle service, a yearround pool, two hot tubs, a sauna, BBQ grills, and an outdoor gas fire pit overlooking Beaver Creek. Please note that this home does not have air conditioning.
