The space was great, clean, comfortable and well equipped. The host was very responsive to our needs. Our second time in this unit and we will be back again.
The Ritz was nice and this unit was large enough for 2 kids and 3 adults without feeling cramped. My biggest complaint was the ritz club lounge is right above the unit so you could hear tables and chairs being moved all hours day and night. They must set up breakfast in there around 4 am because I was awaken every day at 4 am to noise above me for about 30 solid minutes.

Liked: Location, listing accuracy
All the spa and hot tub areas were closed, the outdoor nightclub seen was unexpected, the stained fold out bed and no sheets was a pain.
Great location, poor service. Hotel and property management company were lacking customer service. We paid a premium to stay here and from experience knew what to expect. We were disappointed in responsiveness and assistance. Hotel wasn’t up to standards you would expect from Ritzand the PM did not help or even offer any assistance. Residence itself had a few issues With microwave, stove, broken toilet, extremely small washer/dryer is
The stay was amazing. Ski in/out and ski valet were perfect. The room was very nice and everything we needed. Staff was very responsive and accommodating. We enjoyed all the amenities of the Ritz to the fullest. Everything was right there and the restaurants were great. Highly recommend staying here.
Super nice and perfect for family. Great having a kitchen and having accessibility to all of the Ritz-Carlton amenities.

Spectacular family vacation!
This property could not offer more! The layout provided privacy and enough personal space for all. The view was nothing shy of breathtaking. The owner was very responsive to our questions. We will be back :)

Amazing Ritz Carlton Beaver Creek Ski Vacation
The Ritz Carlton is the epitome of excellent service, and, this Ritz doesn't disappoint. This unit is one of the best locations. You are near elevator and directly above the ski valet. It is perfect to look out in the morning, while you enjoy your coffee. Apres-ski is even better with the view from the balcony as you listen to the live music and watch the skiers come down on the last run of the day. We couldn't have asked for better weather, sunny skies and warm weather made this a wonderful experience. Andres was very responsive via email leading up and while we were on our trip. Excellent!

Overall Excellent Property
This property is well appointed and well designed. Owner, Andres, is a pleasure to deal with and very helpful and responsive to questions. The Ritz housekeeping staff is excellent. All requests were handled quickly. ie., cutting board, multiple cup coffee maker, roll away bed, handicapped seat for shower, etc. Public spaces (living room, kitchen and dining room) are in the center of unit with bedrooms separated on different sides of living area. This provided good privacy. One bath is located in hallway so it is possible for guests to access a commode without traveling through one of the bedrooms. Kitchen is well appointed with granite counter tops and high end appliances. During our early April stay, the Bachelor's Lounge cigar bar area was closed for the season. This was very disappointing. Had we known this would be the case at the time of booking our reservation, we might have chosen a different property. The skiers/boarders in our Denver locals group were happy with proximity to lift and quality of mountain grooming reports online at Beaver Creek. This is an elegant unit within the Ritz. The Spa and staff there is awesome. Would book this property again. Enjoyed parking the car and never getting back into it until it was time to go home!

Wonderful residence in the Ritz Carlton Bachelor Gulch
This is a beautiful unit overlooking the mountain, which is where you want to be at the Ritz. Heard zero neighbor noise, and plenty of room to spread out. Bedrooms are on opposite sides with living room in the middle, the ideal setup in my opinion. Owner is very prompt and courteous when he replies.
Don't confuse this residence with the Timbers. This is part of the Ritz, so check in is exactly as if you were staying at the hotel. Same access to amentites, etc. If you haven't stayed at the Ritz in Bachelor Gulch, the place is spectacular. It looks like something out of a fairytale, especially if it's snowing, or in the summer when the flowers are blooming. I remember this place being featured in the Wall Street Journal as the top (and most expensive) ski hotels in the country. You'll see why when you come.
Anyway, we saved money, had a lot more room, and still got all the benefits of the hotel. Highly recommended.
