Modern, comfortable and perfectly located, this spacious 3 bedroom 2 bath condo is the perfect mountain getaway.

Market Square is in the center of Beaver Creek Village, above the Vilar Performing Arts Center. The boutiques, restaurants, and ice skating rink are all steps from your front door. The Beaver Creek Ski School and the Centennial Express Chairlift are only a 1 minute walk!

The primary bedroom has a king bed with an en suite bathroom. The junior suite has a king bed while the third bedroom has a twin over queen bunk bed. These two rooms have a shared bathroom between.

Guests can enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, spacious living-dining room, and gas fireplace perfect for gathering at the end of a long and exciting day. Additional amenities include an in-unit washer/dryer, ski locker and full concierge services from the Vail Butler team. Plus, complimentary underground heated parking!

Park Hyatt Amenities Access

Guests will have access to the amenities at the Park Hyatt, just a short walk away during your stay!

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY. One Park Hyatt amenities day pass per person per stay (up to 6) is provided by Vail Butler. Guests will gain access to the heated pool, indoor and outdoor hot tubs, steam room, sauna and fitness center for 1 day of their choosing. Additional passes can be purchased from Vail Butler at our discounted rate. Full concierge services are also available.

Rental Agreement

All reservations are required to have a signed rental agreement on file with Vail Butler in order to be considered confirmed. Rental agreements will be reviewed and signed digitally. Depending upon the booking channel on which you reserved, this agreement is likely to be shared in a follow up email.

Great location, but on a noisy street

We had a great time in BC and this condo is perfectly located in the heart of the little town. Everything is walkable, which we loved with the kids. Only con I would say is that it is on a pretty noisy street. Loud trucks interrupted nap time and one night at 3am we were awakened by buses. Just beware if you have kids! Other than that, would recommend staying here!

Way overpriced and outdated compared to other units in Beavercreek Village

The beds are hard. The couch was extremely hard and stained. The unit is outdated. We stay one to two times a year in the Beavercreek Village, and this is by far the least value for the money that I have ever had.

It's a good-sized apartment. We had trouble working out the entry system. The white box on the wall and the large digital padlock threw us. The actual door entry keypad is dark, so we did not notice that it was the door code mechanism. Same for locking the dooe when leaving the apartment. Not intuative. A short video would be helpful. Also we coule not work out how to start the extractor fan on the oven. It did not automatically come on so the smoke alarm went off within second of frying some bacon! Air con would be useful, not essential.

Perfect ski condo!

Our family loved our stay! The management company met us outside to lead us to our parking spot and to make sure we got into the unit okay. The location was perfect, right in the middle of everything - next to the skating rink, down the escalator from the chairlifts, indoor parking in the basement, and still perfectly quiet when it’s time to wind down in the evenings. We had access to the incredible spa facilities, pool and gym at the Hyatt next door. We also loved having the locker for all of our ski gear just outside our door. The condo itself was very comfortable and clean, recently remodeled. The beds were comfortable and we appreciated all the humidifiers in each room! There was plenty of room for our family of 5 to spread out. Kitchen had all the necessities and even a gift basket waiting for us. The hosts were easy to get in touch with and extremely helpful when we had questions. I would highly recommend this condo for your ski vacation!
