Great location, everything true to description
The check-in / out process and proximity to Beaver Creek was great.
The comforters and shower curtain were dirty, and someone tried entering the property at 9:30pm at night with NO notification or even a knock while our child was asleep. We were unable to connect with someone other than generic Vacasa help line who offered no assistance or information to at least confirm whether or not the individual was a former guest, owner, etc. This instance left us uneasy for the rest of our stay.

Sweet, Spotless N’ Easy
This property is in a sweet location, gateway and easy access to the Beaver Creek Resort and downtown Avon with shopping and restaurants within walking distance. All the furnishings were modern and the space neat and spotless. We also enjoyed the quiet atmosphere and convenient parking space. We whole heartedly recommend to friends and family.
