Fantastic Single Family home located on the banks of the Eagle River in Avon. This home offers 4 bedrooms 3.5 baths with large master suite and master bath. Air Conditioning, Private hot tub and great deck overlooking the Eagle River. Located just off the Beaver Creek, Avon, and Vail bus routes, home is also an easy walk or bike to all amenities of Avon and Beaver Creek. This is a gem you do not want to miss!
