Semi-Oceanfront Dog Friendly Avon Home w/ Private Pool, Hot Tub, and Game Room

SEMI-OCEANFRONT Avon - Kinnakeet Shores - SUMMER SURFER provides an expansive living area and with its location just one lot back from the ocean, summer surfing is closer than ever.

Take a dip in the private swimming pool, and even enjoy it at night with multi-color LED lights and ambient lighting in the pool area. The first level features four bedrooms (two master), three full baths, a laundry room, and a game room complete with pool table, refrigerator, and a microwave. Plus, survey the blue water from one of four decks, the connecting screened porch, or 6 person hot tub. The family will enjoy the second level great room master suite with Jacuzzi for two, and convenient half bath. Plan to enjoy many a meal in the dining area or the breakfast nook, fresh from the kitchen (complete with two dishwashers).

Plan to visit SUMMER SURFER and catch a wave this year.

New for 2024: This year brings exciting updates! Three of the home's five bedrooms are being updated. The first level queen master that offers deck access will now be a king master bedroom. Also on the first level, the single bedroom is being converted to a queen and the bunkroom will now feature two single beds. New carpeting, furniture, and mattresses will be added to all the updated bedrooms.

Great vaca home in great location

Our family had a great stay here. Pool was sparkling clean as was the hot tub. The entire house was well appointed and located just across the street to the beach access walkway. Furniture (including beds) was very comfortable with plenty of seating for our family of ten. About a one quarter mile away was a grocery, Dollar Tree, pizza joint, and Duck Donuts. The beach here is wide and uncrowded with the bay just a couple miles down the road.

Wonderful location, wish house was cleaner.

We fell in love with the village of avon. A wonderful little beachside town that really met our families vacation needs. There was a beautiful view from the front deck where we could see the waves breaking. It was a very short walk to get onto the beach and spend our week enjoying the ocean. Unfortunately, the house was not as clean as we are accustomed to when renting vacation homes. Throughout the house we found mold in bathrooms and on the ceiling. In addition, we realize that this is a pet friendly home, but dog care was all over the house. And it was obvious that it was multiple dogs as the hair were all colors of the rainbow. We ended up not bringing our dogs so it was clear that a deep cleaning did not occur before our arrival. (Also, FYI, The refrigerator had a shelf broken, speakers did not operate and wifi was spotty.) Overall we had a great trip. With just a little more effort into cleaning the house and some repairs this is a perfect vacation spot.

Really enjoyed staying at Pleasure Palace. Very spacious and accommodating. Only negative was beds.

Very spacious, plenty of storage room and included many cooking items. The decorating was nice. Also the house was clean. The only negative was the beds need to be replaced and the one lounger chair in living room. If I returned I wouldn't hesitate to use property again.
