- This inviting ski-in, ski-out one-bedroom residence at The Charter offers comfortable mountain living in the heart of Beaver Creek, complete with beautiful mountain views and outstanding resort amenities. The spacious living area features a cozy wood-burning fireplace, flatscreen TV, and queen sleeper sofa, creating the perfect place to relax after a day on the mountain. Step outside to the private patio to enjoy your morning coffee and the fresh mountain air.
The fully equipped kitchen features modern appliances, generous counter space, and a convenient island with seating for three. An adjacent dining nook comfortably accommodates up to six guests, making it easy to enjoy meals together before or after a day of adventure.
The private bedroom suite features a king-size bed, private balcony, and ensuite bathroom with a shower/tub combination. A second full bathroom with a shower provides added convenience for guests utilizing the sleeper sofa, while an in-residence washer and dryer make longer stays especially comfortable.
Guests will appreciate The Charter's exceptional Beaver Creek location and extensive collection of on-site amenities, including indoor and outdoor swimming pools, hot tubs, a steam room, dry sauna, fitness facility, and on-site bar and restaurant.
