"probably our 4th time at the property, but worst experience by far. Stay there in order to swim in the lap pool and enjoy the hot tubs....all was out of order and staff didn't seem apologetic, but were kind of rude about it. 2nd problem - had 3 rooms next to us partying. They came home at 2:00 AM and partied loud until 4:00....slamming doors, loud in the hallways. Staff were contacted and did nothing about it. We went for relaxation, but ended up even more tired after spending a lot of money...
