This spacious house boasts breathtaking views of the sound and creek, providing a picturesque backdrop from dawn to dusk. With an open floor concept, it's perfect for families or groups looking to create lasting memories together. Located on a safe, low-traffic road, you'll find yourself just a short walk from the beach, making it easy to enjoy the sun and surf.
The reverse floor plan allows for an abundance of natural light and panoramic water and wetland views from the top floor. Step outside onto the expansive decks to soak in the stunning sunrises and sunsets, or enjoy the beautifully landscaped yard, complete with an outdoor shower for rinsing off after a day at the beach. The outside deck stairs are not available for guest use; access to the decks is provided from inside the home on each level.
