When we arrived at The Charter after a long day of travel, our condo was not ready for us, despite a guaranteed check in time of 4:00. We were told it would be ready in 10 minutes. After an hour, we were told our condo was ready. When we went to the condo itself, it was still being cleaned, so we waited in the hallway for 10 more minutes. Overall staff was just not particularly helpful. Coffee machine in lobby was broken and the regular coffee service was empty on multiple occasions. Coffee pot in our condo did not work well. There were a number of other small things (like the bathroom door not closing without immense effort and a lot of noise),the spa being closed, etc. Location is great but service was just really not worth the price.
