Welcome to the heart of Avon located at the base of Beaver Creek! Our large townhome is a 6 min walk to the Riverfront Express Gondola or a 1-minute stroll to the free ski-bus, taking you to the Beaver Creek or Vail.

Nottingham Park & Nottingham Lake is a block away. A Great Place to sled down the hill in the winter and walk your dog in any season. The park and amphitheater host weekly free concerts and festivals during the summer. For Après’ Ski, ease into your Hot Spring Spa for 6 or enjoy a libation at Avon’s iconic Bar & Grille, two blocks away.

Dining out? Many clubs and restaurants are in walking distance.
Dining in? Enjoy our full kitchen with its Jenn-Air, granite counters and dining space for 8. Outside grilling is special treat as you dine "Under the Pergola" on your large 24 X 24 private deck. Ideal for the Spring & Summer while lounging around the gas Fire Pit.

By popular demand, during the Winter Season, the carpeted garage is converted into a Heated Ski Locker Room. Storage for Skis, boards and boots with comfortable seating to get your ski gear on.
