It has private access to fishing on the Eagle River & golf at Eagle Vail Golf Club. We`re minutes from Beaver Creek Resort, Vail Ski Resort, ice skating and tubing. 2BR/2BA condo, cable & internet service, laundry, full kitchen & reserved parking along w/ access to outdoor jacuzzi, pool & workout facility.

Nestled in majestic Eagle Vail, this beautiful Avon condo has a stylish ambience perfect for friends and family. 2/bedroom/2 bath separate toilet/tub/shower.

The condo complex includes a year-round hot tub and seasonal pool right along the Eagle River.

Enjoy world-class fun Beaver Creek, Avon and Vail Resorts, for skiing, ice skating, hiking, golf, SUP, fly fishing, and year-round festivals/concerts. The convenience store is right across the street and Walmart/Home Depot and an array of restaurants are a minute away.

There is also access to the Avon city bus system right outside the complex, or for skiing there`s an option to drive 1.5 miles to the Beaver Creek parking lot for $10. The Avon local community center offers a free and convenient shuttle to Vail`s Gore Creek ski base as well.

2bedroom/2 bathroom, open-concept living space, full kitchen, sliding door off living room for sweet sitting sun room make this a sunny space it includes a smart tv, free internet, and free assigned parking. Come enjoy the Vail Valley with us.

Great Mountain Location.

Great location for access to either beaver creek or Vail. You can walk out the front door to the buses who will take you to both locations. Spacious unit, with plenty of room for your gear.

River Place

Communication with host was easy and timely. The property was just as pictured. We stayed in the summer so we needed to open the windows at night to cool the place down and the traffic noise was a lot - it would not be an issue in the spring, winter or fall. This unit is on the street side not the river side.
