"Rooms were dirty. Found a used facecloth hanging on tub curtain rod. Face-clothes were stained… Property needs some love as it’s musty and outdated."

"The view was the reason for staying amazing. The kitchen was very well stocked. The beds were comfortable. Only suggestion for a better stay would to have the exterior windows clean to enjoy the view. Two types of pillows for different needs. And clean pillows and clean pillow covers. One item noted that didn’t match listing was the kitchen bar stools. The news ones were not comfortable to sit in, they were way to tall felt like you had to bend over and eat out of your lap. The hanging chair outside was dirty not able to use. The bbq was rusty and gross not usable. Host clearly have an eye for details and made the place look cozy. Loved all the blankets. Overall an awesome place but could use a little improvement. "

"What a hidden gem !!! This property is filled with surprises. We enjoyed sitting in the front living room after dinner in town. We had a glass of wine listening to Cat Stevens on the record player then snuck an ice cream sandwich from the freezer upstairs. Our room was stunning and filled with interesting details such as power set up for all our electronics, sound machine for sleep, comfortable bed, hot shower. Woke to breakfast in the hidden surprise of a dining hall. Perfect selection of foods ,hot coffee and pleasant chat with other guests...newcomers to Canada from Scotland. Drove away wishing we were staying longer."
