"Staff were super friendly, room was clean, beds comfortable. Hotel was a 10 min walk from old town and neighbourhood was clean, safe and quiet. Our room was on the second floor and had a great view of the street and buildings across the way. Would recommend it to friends as it was clean and comfortable, staff was responsive, hotel was in a great location and was affordable. The only warning I would give is that the building is in need of maintenance. Check to see that things are in good working order before unpacking. Upon arrival it was obvious that our bathroom sink and shower drains were plugged. The sink drain was leaking onto the shelf and towels below, and the shower did not drain at all. However, the staff was responsive and superintendent came up immediately to drain/temporarily repair the sink. Be aware that the hotel is only open for check-in from 5-10pm. Paid parking is available on the streets around the hotel."

"Friendly staff, great location with plenty of parking. Downside was shower was broken -it worked but was very loose on the wall! But room and everything you need. Convenient place to stop on the way to Calais."

"The room was basic but clean enough. Secure bike storage available. The first day / night was quiet. The second / third nights were really noisy due to groups of teen boys being booked into the same floor. Most of the kids were ok, but a few uncontrolled. Chaperones did what they could, but the noise... Screaming, yelling, door slamming, and the likes, certainly had a negative impact on my stay there."
