Pros: This hotel is 15 minutes from Mont Saint Michel. Location is convenient for visiting the abbey. Cons: This is comparable to a motel-certainly not a boutique hotel. The front desk closes early. Would not have been able to check in without after hours support from Expedia. The linens are hard and facilities are dated and dirty. Pay a little extra and stay closer to Mont Saint Michel.

The owner is exceptionally friendly and in touch with every detail of the hotel . He goes out of his way to keep the customers happy. I definitely recommend to stay At Altos when visiting the area(mont St Michel,ww2 memorial…)

Could do much better

Booked a double room for nearly 3 times the price I paid for a budget hotel in Pamploma the night before. To be quite frank the budget hotel was far better. Our room had peeling paint, an uninviting shower, it looked dirty was supposed to be rainfall, it was a shower head hung on the wall. Using the wash basin the plug was broken and if you only turned on the hot water a little it leaked everywhere from under the tap knob. Tea and coffee facilities? One cup and no milk.

Spa hotel without a spa and many other challenges

Totally misled by hotel.com rating very poor Spa consisted of one small jacuzzi and a non functional sauna for which you had to pay 13 euros per person extra Room very poor No Ac, missing shower glass, flaking paint, noisy location by road no fridge no terrace no English TV not even news channels dirty ripped and old towels No water in room Receptionist could speak very little English And reception is not always open during the day tried to overcharge me on checkout Very limited bar service no food at all outside breakfast which was ok but no hot food

Det var hemskt varmt på rummet utan ac, väldigt tråkigt område och hotellets utsida såg fruktansvärt ogästvänligt ut. Inte alls på som bilderna som finns här på hotels! Personalen var dålig på engelska och wifi fungerade inte.

L'hotel est très bien mais ce que j'ai beaucoup apprécié c'est la qualité de l'accueil, le sourire et le gentillesse de la jeune femme de la réception. Du fait d'un épisode de neige j'ai été bloqué une journée dans l'hôtel. J'ai pu télé-travailler dans de bonne conditions et l'équipe a vraiment été aux petits soins pour moi. Très agréable. Je recommande.

Hôtel parfait pour séjourner dans la région

Nous avons passé avec ma mère 4 nuits à l’hôtel afin de visiter les alentours (Mont Saint Michel, Granville, Avranches). Y étant sans voiture, l’hôtel est tout de même idéalement placé par rapport aux transports en commun, un arrêt de bus non loin permet d’accéder à toutes ces destinations. La chambre que nous avons eu été parfaite, l’entretien était effectué chaque jour. Rien à redire sur la literie, l’avantage d’être également dans une chambre sur l’arrière de l’hôtel nous a permis d’être très au calme. Le petit-déjeuner est copieux, de quoi manger à la fois du sucré et du salé. On nous sert à la demande à table du café ou du chocolat, le service effectué par Delphine et Catherine a été parfait en tout point là dessus mais également riche en conseil pour visiter au mieux la région. Ma mère, qui adore parler, a apprécié avoir des discussions chaleureuses avec l’équipe, ce qui est un gros point en plus quand on aime aussi découvrir les personnes qui habitent dans le coin. Nous recommandons fortement cet hôtel, il est idéal pour passer un séjour dans la région, si un jour nous revenons nous y retournerions !

Environnement extérieur très moyen. Hôtel place en bord de route et chambre bruyante malgré double vitrage. Chambre en mauvais état ( peinture défraîchie, distributeur savon décrochée du mur simplement scotché. Odeur de Naphtaline dès l’entrée de la chambre tellement présent que cela m’a déclenché des maux de tête ! A fuir !

Riassumerei il tutto dicendo come è possibile la valutazione 3 stelle. Non è possibile che in una struttura alberghiera dove transitano turisti da tutto il mondo, alla reception non si parli inglese oltre la lingua madre; inoltre poca presenza al bancone. La hallha un aspetto gradevole ma appena si varca la stanza ci si ritrova in un ambiente che non vede manutenzione da un bel po’ (lampadine mancanti, materassi dei letti singoli in pessime condizioni); il bagno in particolare scrostato, lavandino rotto, accessorio del sapone rotto, nessun tipo di facilities. Una vera delusione. L’unica cosa positiva si può parcheggiare gratuitamente lungo la strada, il che è una vera rarità.

Perte de temps et d’argent

Je suis arrivé, le spa ne sert a rien. Sur ma réserve c’est dis “avec spa etc..” quand je suis arrivé, le spa c’est encore payé a part et sous une réservation qui était meme plus disponible pour le jour meme. 6€ un parking sans abris de pluie et soleil et encore Madame de l’accueil très désagréable, j’ai payé 170€ pour une chambre dans un hotel spa qui a pas de spa! Vous pouvez trouver mieux a 5€ de plus!!

Bonjour, Nous sommes allés a cet hôtel au mois d'avril, il se trouve quand entrent dans la chambre il n'y avait pas de chauffage il faisait un froid glacial. Nous tombons sur le Directeur a l'accueil on lui demande avoir un peu de chauffage et nous a répondu " non vous n'aurez pas de chauffage je ne vais pas rallumer la chaudier " je trouve ça inadmissible a cette époque de l'année ne pas avoir du chauffage.
