Holiday home 'L’échappée Belle du Bessay' with private terrace, Wi-Fi and air conditioning
- Renovated 190 m² barn combining two holiday homes for 4 and 7 guests, separated by an intermediate room and connected via the main entrance and the garden. Book both for up to 11 guests. Enjoy a peaceful, green setting just 15 minutes from Veillon Beach, one of Vendée’s most beautiful.
Not available for rental by companies or workers.
The property offers 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped, with both an electric coffee maker and a capsule machine. Air conditioning is available in the bedrooms and living room. High-speed Wi-Fi, large-screen TV in each lounge, TVs in the main bedrooms (not in children’s rooms), and a game console are provided. There’s an open terrace, private barbecue, baby cot on request, washer and dryer, shared parking for 5 cars, and step-free access.
Comfort: beds are made on arrival. Towels are provided, with quantities suited to the length of your stay. Beach towels are included in summer.
At the heart of the estate, surrounded by fields: a one-hectare pond (catch-and-release fishing) with lake views, and farm animals belonging to the owners.
Pets are welcome in this home (maximum 2, for an extra fee).
Please note: a car is essential in this rural area. The hosts live on site, but not in the rental.
Rules: no smoking (including e-cigarettes) or frying. Do not flush wipes or sanitary products. No events.
Cleaning is not included but can be arranged for an extra fee, payable on site.
