"Breakfast was good, a decent amount of options although the items were the exact same both days. The hotel room was spacious, bathroom was decent sized, lots of storage. As others have mentioned, the room decor is dated and there are not enough plus in the room."

"The property was close to transportation and the activities around Yokohama! About 15 min walk to the Red Brick House or Chinatown! The room was clean and great design where the output of air don’t hit one on the face during sleep is a plus. Break buffet looks great but we didn’t have time to try"

"It is an amazing hotel and the staff can not do enough for you. Was a bit surprised the bar shuts at 930, but can’t fault the hotel. Great location for cruises and enjoying Yokohama and any other places you want to visit."

"The Mitsui Garden Yokohama is the perfect place for your stay in Yokohama. There is nothing not to like. It is in an ideal location walking distance from at least 4 shopping malls with hundreds of stores, restaurants, and service providers. It is also close to the Cup Noodles Museum, Art Museum, and Red Brick Warehouse. Also, it is close to 3 subway stops. Did I say it's also close to Chinatown. You can't get a better location. Mitsui is clean, has great city views from the rooms, nice restaurant for all day dining, excellent staff, and beautiful foyer with bar. If we ever make it back to Yokohama, we will stay in only one place; Mitsui Garden Hotel!"

"I stayed for five nights and reserved three rooms during my visit. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience. The restaurant was enjoyable, and the front desk staff were consistently friendly, welcoming, and helpful. While the rooms are on the smaller side, they are exceptionally clean and well maintained. A thoughtful touch was the complimentary amenities available on every floor, including tea, toothbrushes, hair oil, hair care items, and shavers, which added convenience and value to our stay. My family and I would stay again."
