"understated luxury, the superior room had more than enough space to accommodate 2 guests, perhaps too much for one person but it was a great experience. The room was cleaned everyday to original state when we first entered the room on the first day. The lobby staff was very helpful and over all we had a great time in Kamakura thanks to all the hotel staff."

"Our first night in Japan was here, and it was excellent. Very close to the cruise port, shops, and restaurants. The service was spectacular. The staff was very helpful and attentive. The hotel is safe, modern, clean, and very pretty. We had breakfast in the hotel restaurant, and it was a delight. The variety was extensive, and the food was beautifully presented. We were very pleased and satisfied.
