"We came to Danville to pick up a new car we had ordered. Upon check in we went to store some money in the safe in our room when we discovered the safe was locked and displaying an error code. We called the front desk and the immediately offered for us to switch rooms to one where the safe worked because it was going to take a while for Maintenance to help us and we had dinner plans. When we switched rooms she had upgraded us to a suite which was so unnecessary but it was very appreciated! Our experience was fantastic! I would definitely stay here again! "

"Other than the couch and chair mostly the couch was not clean in my room but overall my stay at the best western Windsor was great we most definitely will recommend it, and thank you to the staff very friendly "
