Hotel and room were nice and clean. Staff was friendly. There was a show every evening. Food also was very good. Good value for the money. two moments I didn't like are: 1) pool closing too soon at 6 in the evening 2) there are no juices nor water for dinner

Property is clean but some rooms need updating. Parking was always available. We were All inclusive but as a vegetarian, nothing was labelled at the buffet which was a problem for us. My room wasn’t available when I arrived, so was given a different room and then the next day was asked to change back to the original room that was booked. I was only at the hotel for four days and didn’t want to waste my time going from room to room, so after a few conversations , I was allowed to stay in the room. Swimming pool is great. Besides the initial problem with our room, the hotel is very nice and relaxing for people with a budget.

Everything was wonderful. Excellent service, location, food. Nissi beach is great and very nearby. Bus stops are just at the other side of the road. The food was delicious and there was a lot of choice. Rooms are clean and nice. Beds are very comfortable. Great hotel I recommend.

This place is a delight. The staff are helpful and kind and the food is delicious. As a smaller hotel it does not have an extensive all- inclusive buffet but there is still plenty of choice and cooked well. Delicious!!! Even the bar snacks are yum! The all inclusive drinks menu is also plentiful. The pool is not rammed as it is right on Nissi Beach so some people prefer the beach to the pool. The room I had was a superior on the 4th floor with an amazing view. The room was spotless and the beds very very comfy! I loved it so much I am returning for a solo trip at the end of the month:-)

The hotel is good located, near by Nissi beach and 10 minutes from the center. The quality of food is very limited and poor, not so many optionsfor dinner. Most of the staffs are not friendly (except the ones working at the bar.)

unpleasant stay!
The hotel is not providing towels for the pool so we had to buy 4 towels, this was not stated anywhere so we could go prepared. Food was ok. The bungalow was spacious but full of ants everywhere biting us all night!. everybody woke up full of rushes!

I wasn't expecting much from a 3 star hotel but at least i was expecting that the beds will be comfort cause my daughter had to sleep on a rock for a week!!! Disappointed when i asked reception 2 times to change mattress and they said ok we will change but no change!!! I also agree with other reviewers that at certain times you can't rest because of doors noises!! Showers is another thing i didn't like because water change from warm to cold automatic! Rooms are very small no space to move! And the last thing i didn't like is that during sleep i was itching insects were biting me i think they don't change bed covers etc.. so these small insects live in the bed!! Choose another hotel don't do my same mistake ;-)

Family trip with our 9 year old son. Breakfast decent although could have had more fresh fruit as very little of this. Great pool and nice bar by the pool. We had nice view over sea and pool. Cleaning staff very good.

Close to Nissi Beach, nice pool. We were in the older section so the air conditioner was not as effective as it should have been and twin beds put together older decor and appliances. No coffee maker or kettle. Staff were pleasant and helpful.

More than a 3 star hotel!!!
Excellent customer service - from the restaurant & bar staff to the receptionists! (Many congratulations especially to the F&B Manager for being such a professional & dealing with a minor issue we had). Everything we requested prior to our arrival was arranged Beautiful location, 2-3 minutes walk from the awesome Nissi beach & although kinda far away from the center of the Ag.Napa square, everything you need is available close by. Very nice pool & arranged in such a way that you never feel overcrowded. Clean and comfortable room. Never felt we missed anything. Daily cleaned. Clean and very detailed hotel spaces and everything thought after. Looks like the management has seriously invested in the organization of the hotel and you can witness that when you look at the small details that make the difference (ie. playground, lobby, interior of central restaurant). Resembles more than a 4 star hotel, rather than 3 star. Excellent and very nice quality and quantity breakfast - lots of options. Lunch and dinner were also quite good. Only think we didn't like was the fact that HB includes meals ONLY from the buffer. That meant unfortunately that even if we were HB, we couldn't opt to order a meal (ie. hamburger) from the pool bar for lunch (while the kids were inside the pool) and we had to go to the buffer lunch. Also, meals prices at the restaurant if you opt to take something else besides the buffet are a little on the expensive side (portion of squid with fries and salad 10 euro)
