"Villa was in a great location close to shops, bars, restaurants and two lovely beaches. Great hosts, left a lovely welcome pack and on hand to answer and deal with anything immediately. Villa was clean, has a great layout, pool and jacuzzi lovely with plenty of sunbathing chairs, sunbeds, etc. Great roof terrace with shaded areas to either sunbathhave a drink in evenings. Would recommend to stay and we will be booking again. Thank you Gary for your wonderful review. We are so happy to hear that...

"Villa was nice bus a bit shabby. Advertised sleeps 10 with 2 camp beds but these were not supplied. Had to screenshot advert to get 1 camp bed delivered. Not enough cutlery and crockery for 10. Pool was nice and regularly maintained. The villa is in desperate need of tlc as there is rotting in the bathrooms, the shower door didn’t close together in one, light not working in another and the villa is very poorly equipped. No instructions for where to dispose of rubbish. Fantastic location though....

"Excellent hotel! Highly recommend. Very clean. Well maintained. The staff so helpful. Rooms high standard. We stayed to attend a wedding in the hotel which was perfect in every way - food, staff, organisation and setting. My only negative is they could do with having toilets nearer to the rooms and wedding areas. It was hard for older guests going up and downstairs to reach the nearest toilets. Thank you Grecian sands for such a wonderful stay!!"

"Very good location. The hotel room was equipped with hairdryer, TV, kettle, toiletries, towels, fridge. Bathroom was nice, comfy beds. It's close to the shops and restaurants. A short walk to the central bars/ strip. Staff were welcoming and polite. Pool seemed decent though we didn't use it. A lovely view of the sea though there wasn't sand as such. Dinner was in the restaurant a short walk from the hotel. It was ok but inconvenient as not in the hotel itself. The food was nice though. Breakfast items seemed to run out too early and not replaced. Good for a short stay/ few days."

"A lovely stay in a very well-maintained and clean hotel with lovely views over Ayia Napa. It's expensive but the included breakfast was really nice. It's only a pity we didn't get the chance to try the restaurant as it was shut on the one night we had intended eating in. Staff were super-friendly and helpful. The gym could do with more up to date cycling machines and maybe the treadmills also need a refresh. I would have used the bikes had they been bluetooth enabled. Upgraded rooms were offered but were too expensive to take up, I felt."

"We loved our stay at this boutique hotel. The roof top pool is absolutely fabulous and the staff is even better! Everyone was so helpful! Breakfast was delicious too! It’s a bit off the best path and we loved that. They were still making some upgrades, so it will get even better soon. We would absolutely stay there again."
