"This property is just amazing. Full of character and charm and so very well suited to the large group that we were. From under 2’s to grandparents in their 80’s, it was spot on Offering high chairs, potty’s, travel cots and plastic child friendly plates etc, as well as swings and garden toys, our great niece and nephew were very well catered for The house is full of nooks and crannies, so it was easy to find a quiet spot to sit and read or have forty winks! "The property was very clean and tidy. The Continental Breakfast provided was varied, plentiful and fresh. We only met the owner, Rosie and one other member of staff called Linda. Both were very welcoming, nice, friendly and helpful. Unfortunately we didn’t really have time to investigate the area as our stay there had been for the purpose of visiting friends who we had met on previous holidays abroad and to attend their daughter’s wedding. We wouldn’t hesitate to book to stay at Hogwarts again...

The venue is spotlessly clean has an amazing hot tub and spa room with sauna they also do massages but sadly I didn’t get to try but if it’s anything like the venue it would have been amazing will definitely stay there again and will book in advanced for full spa treatment. 100% recommend"

"We had a lovely stay at Higham Manor. The property is spacious with a great pool and hot tub. We had 3 generations of our family and a dog and everyone enjoyed themselves. The property is a quirky mix of shabby chic and gothic. With everything we needed for our stay. Lots of parking and no stress at checkin or checkout. Would definitely recommend this house."

"There was no clear communication on how to get into the property. I did ask 24 hours before arriving and it took multiple calls email and texts after we arrived to get a response. The stove top cooker needed to be repaired as it was not working, there was no hot water for the entire 5 days i was there and there is no clothes dryer. We searched the entire property inside and out. I did get a reimbursement for the inconvenience but it was still very disappointing."

"The hotel was great, the room was large with a great view of the grounds and lake, even had a hot air balloon experience taking off from the grounds which was brilliant to see, the staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet had plenty of options and was good quality, nice bar area including outdoor seating. hotel was in a great location with leeds castle very close by and multiple country pubs within a 10 minute drive"
