"I had a great stay at this hotel. It was clean and comfortable. The staff were very nice. However, I asked if the pre-made western omelette had meat in it. As, I stated that I do not eat meat. I was told there was no meat in it. After taking a bite into it; I discovered the pieces of ham. I showed the staff. They said, “sorry that happened to you.” I hope that they will gain more knowledge about the foods that they are providing their guests. I could have gotten sick or had an allergic reaction. And, a simple sorry would not have resolved that."

"Staff was great but we wouldn't stay at this hotel again. The photos are misleading for the rooms and condition of the hotel. We had multiple rooms and some didn’t have a hair dyer inside, they don’t provide shampoo or conditioner only body gel. One rooms tv didn’t work and they don’t have anyone for house keeping. If you need anything you have to go to the front desk and ask for it, they won’t bring it to you. Distance to the beach is nice. "

"Not only was the bedding dirty, there blood on the wall from what looked like was a smashed very large bug, the dust was thick enough on the lights to write with your finger in, the carpet was never cleaned because we had to wipe feet after walking on it, and every time the AC turned on, urine smell blew from it. Luckily, aside from the room, the ocean made up for it. "

"I wasn't notified that my 3bedroom was sold that i booked a week in advance i got notified when i arrived and made it very inconvenient for me and my family and we drove 3 1/2hrs so im very mad about that and the customer service started very rude and started to say take wat i give u and find somewhere else and get a refund for something i booked in advance very unprofessional "
