Great stay here at an amazing price. Fatma was very responsive and helpful. Common areas were cleaned every day. Cute property, easy to walk around the center and access dolmus from the main road.

I stayed there two nights and I really liked the place. Fatma Hanim is so kind and helpful, the place is clean, safe and close to main attractions. I was travelling alone and I’m glad that I stayed in that place. Thank you so much madam for making my trip amazing

For one day its ok

The positive aspects are probably the price, location, and cleanliness. The negative aspects are the lack of evening supervision of the guesthouse, as well as the guests are different, as we had to calm down three young people who were drinking alcohol and smoking until 2 a.m. The guesthouse can be locked from the inside with a deadbolt, making it impossible to open it from the outside with a key. It is unclear who came up with this idea, but there were issues with accessing the guest house as someone had locked the door. We recommend staying there for one night, but no more.

Pansiyonun bulunduğu sokak cok dar ve yakin cevrede ücretsiz park noktası yok,50 metre aşağıda Özkanpark var(günlük 400 TL) Bina ahşap ağırlıkta olduğu için ses yalitimi oldukça az eğer gürültü bir grupla ayni tarihte denk gelirseniz uyumaniz biraz zor. Temizlik oldukça iyi. Klima sorunsuz çalışıyor. Genel olarak memnun kaldim.

2 kişi 3 gece konakladık, odamızda her şey çok temiz ve havalandırılmıştı. Biz banyolu olan odada kaldık, duş tertemizdi. Ortak alanlar oldukça temiz ve kullanışlıydı. Biz mutfakta kahvemizi yaparak akşamları terasta içtik. Saatli camii manzaralı bir terası var… Fatma ablaya her şey için çok teşekkür ederiz. Geldiğimiz andan itibaren çok ilgiliydi, bir eksiğimiz ihtiyacımız var mı diye sürekli kontrol etti. Tekrar ayvalığa geldiğimizde burda kalacağız. Ek olarak kendi aracınız ile gelecekseniz hemen bir dakika yürüme mesafesinde Özkan Otopark var. Otele gelenlerin de kullandığı en yakın otopark burası. Biz çok memnun kaldık size de öneririz.
